About the VCIB-06
VCIB-06
Reliance Electric Ltd. is the company behind the development, design, and the production of the Vectrive AC Servo drives. These units are designed with a standard display and a series of features. They look similar, each model is encased by a protective metal case, which has been rated with a NEMA 4X/12 rating. These models are built for the management and regulation of industrial vector applications.
This model is designated as the VCIB-06. Physically, to the rest of the Vectrive AC Servo drives, it would appear much like any other unit: gray metal frame, 15” x 15” x 19” in size, and accented by the eye-catching Reliance Electric colors: a pair of stripes on the bottom of the unit’s front. The light blue and deep black stripes come printed with “Reliance Electric” and “Vectrive” on them.
The Vectrive AC Servos are outfitted with an effective internal set of parts. Working as a dual unit, there are the converter and inverter modules. A relay node is included in the internal systems as well. Part of the hardware is portioned off to a controlled motor.
To prevent the VCIB-06, or whichever Vectrive model at your disposal from overheating, the cooling module keeps the ambient temperature within a stable range (0 to 50 C). The power intake that these units require is a short range, between 200 and 220 volts.
The VCIB-06 regulates vector applications via a sinusodial pulse width-modulated waveform, or PWM waveform. This is achieved by the unit’s intelligent power module capabilities, or alternatively, by the insulated gate bipolar transistor modules.
