About the VCIB-07
VCIB-07
The Reliance Electric series of vector based drives is known as the Vectrive AC Servo series. These models consist of a uniform series of products, built for the regulation and management of vector functionality within a wide array of industrial workplace settings. These drives are designed with a metal protective casing, which has been rated with a NEMA 4X/12 protection class. The Vectrive AC Servos are painted with a light gray finish overall. On the front facing side of these models is the Reliance Electric Ltd. colors: a pair of black and sky blue stripes towards the bottom. These stripes signify the Reliance Electric production and design quality, even though these models are now out of production.
However, they are available from us, here at AX Control Inc. This unit is listed as the VCIB-07, one of the several Vectrive drives we have on hand. All of our products have been repaired and optimized to the fullest extent.
The Vectrive AC Servos come outfitted with a regular set of internal components. These units run while utilizing the dual inverter and converter modules, as well as the relay unit. The cooling module these units are outfitted with keep them within the acceptable ambient temperature range. This ranges from 0 to 50 degrees Celsius.
Vector applications within these units are controlled and operated by the Zterm software program. The Zterm software is user configurable and controlled by two possible options: the integrated keypad on the front of the Vectrive AC Servo, or by a connected host computer.
The VCIB-07, like all the rest of these drives, is designed with the following dimensions. The width is 15 inches/381 millimeters, the height is also 15 inches/381 millimeters, and the depth of these models reaches 19 inches/483 millimeters.
The standard power intake these models require ranges from a minimum of 200 volts to a maximum of 220 volts.
