VCIB-11

The Vectrive AC Servos are a lineup of products that were developed by Reliance Electric Ltd, a leading manufacturing company of industrial electric parts and materials. They were designed with a uniform appearance: a gray protective covering (giving it rather large dimensions of 15 inches x 15 in x 19), and painted with a gray metallic finish. There is also the pair of bright, cobalt blue and black stripes near the base of the front panel, signalling the Reliance Electric production quality.

This unit is listed as the VCIB-11, and is now no longer in production by Reliance Electric Ltd. These models are available from us at AX Control Inc. used, but completely repaired, optimized to run at their original standards, and granted a comprehensive protection from our warranty.

The Vectrive AC Servo drives are units designed with a number of standard internal parts, such as the inverter unit and converter module, which operate with a motor that has been portioned off as hardware. There is also a relay module, and an internal cooling unit.

The Vectrive AC series was designed for the management and regulation of industrial vector applications. These models come pre-installed with the Windows based operating software, Zterm. This software runs all of the intended vector applications, and can be configured by operator input. This can be done either though the keypanel integrated into the front of the VCIB-11 (or selected Vectrive Servo Drive), or by a host PC, connected via network.

AX Control Inc.’s protective warranty for the VCIB-11 ranges for up to three years, and covers both accidental damages as well as natural wear down of its parts.
