The VCIB-44 is built as a standard designated model of AC Servo drive series of devices. This unit, as well as several that are a part of AX Control Inc.’s reconditioned and refurbished stock, were initially manufactured by Reliance Electric, LTD. The VCIB-44 is one of the several devices designed to manage, monitor, and regulate the vector capabilities required within an industrial automated work environment.
The VCIB-44 model is outfitted with components such as a dual inverter and converter module, and a portion controlled motor drive. The software used to run these functions is a Windows-based OS system, known as Zterm. It was designed primarily for vector based applications.
The VCIB-44 unit runs on a supply intake that ranges between a minimum of 200 volts to a maximum of 220 volts. This unit also includes an additional backup power supply of 11 amperes.
The VCIB-44 is built as a rectangular module, covered by a protective metal casing (which has a NEMA 4/4X/12 rating). The standard measurements that the Vectrive Servos were designed with as a whole give it dimensions of 15 inches x 15 inches x 19 inches (381 mm x 381 mm x 483 mm). It’s physical appearance includes a gray metal finish, with a bright blue stripe containing the Reliance Electric Ltd logo, and a black strip beneath it indicating the product is a Vectrive Servo unit.
The AC Vectrive Servo modules are covered by the comprehensive warranty that AX Control Inc offers to all of its merchandise in stock. This coverage is able to protect your purchases for up to three years (though this depends on the classification it falls under, as it ranges between one and three years).
