About the DASR-1
The DASR-1 part number represents a Control Board for a 200-230 VAC/380-460 VAC common type drive from Reliance’s VZ3000 series. The VZ3000 drive is designed to offer vector regulation via pulse-width-modulated waveform.
The VZ3000 is designed with a converter unit, an inverter unit, and a motor. Software components include VZ terminal software (Windows) and/or OPCU-2 for the operator terminal.
The DASR-1 is the control board for the Inverter unit. The board includes multiple DIP switches that can be used for selecting communication baud rates. Baud rate can be set at 1200 BPS, 2400 BPS, 4800 BPS or 9600 BPS. The factory setting for DIP switches one and two is “on.” The factory setting for DIP switches three and four is “off.” The last two switches are not used for communication; they are designed for internal system purposes.
A single DASR-1 board is used on 200-230 VAC/380/460 VAC Inverter units like UVZC-3001, UVZC-3003, UVZC-3007, UVZ-3022, UVZ-3030, and UVZ-3037 boards.
A single DASR-1 board is used on 200-230 VAC Dedicated type inverter unites like UVZC-3201, UVZC-3202, UVZC-3203, UVZC-3203, UVZC-3207, UVZ-3222, UVZ-3230, UVZ-3237, VUZ-3255, and UVZ 3275.
More information about the DASR-1 board or about the VZ3000 system can be sourced through original documentation from Reliance Electric, including datasheets, user guides, and product manuals. Please read and follow all handling guidelines in these publications.
