The UAZ-3275 is a 3-Phase 75 kW Converter Unit/Thyristor Unit for the Reliance Electric VZ3000 series.
The UAZ-3275 has a class 200 power supply voltage. It can maintain a 50/60 Hz, 200/230/230 VAC, 350 amp input, and a 270-310 VDC 298 amp output. It can overload for 1 minute at 150%. It is 400 mm tall, 230 mm wide, 370 mm deep and weighs 25 kg.
The UAZ-3275 is protected with a chassis-type enclosure that should be mounted into a control cabinet. It should be mounted vertically, and a duct should be installed into the top of the cabinet. Doing this will allow the warm air in the cabinet to be expelled to just outside of the cabinet, thusly allowing the machinery in the cabinet to maintain its specified operating temperature range. This unit should also be installed with an ICB circuit breaker (sold separately). This unit also uses a large external fan assembly on its base to help keep its internal temperatures from rising too high.
On top and bottom of the UAZ-3275 are two sets of main terminals. The top set is labeled R, S, T, and E. The bottom set are labeled PB, P, and W. On the faceplate of the unit is a control circuit terminal strip and 9 display lamps.
