The UBZ341A is 3-phase, class 400 V, and 110 kW. It has an input of 460-700 VDC and 409 amps with an output of 0-120 Hz, 0-460 VDC, and 400 amps. It has a short circuit rating of 5 kiloamps.
The UBZ341A is a replacement Bus Unit and is typically installed on top of the IGBT unit UGZ341A. These units are typically connected using copper bars. There are two main circuit terminals that are located on top of the unit and a set of display lamps. These lamps are labeled Power and Fuse. This unit is in a chassis enclosure that has air vents on the sides. It the bottom side and part of the sides are also exposed. The front cover of the chassis can be removed by unscrewing the four screws on the cover just a little bit and then sliding the cover up and then off. There is a mounting bracket on the back of the unit that has factory-drilled holes. This bracket is used to install the unit to the mounting surface. This unit should be installed vertically. A duct will need to be installed directly above this until to help expel air out of the cabinet and the proper ambient temperatures can be maintained for the machinery. The specified temperature this unit should operate within is between -10 to +55 degrees Celsius. This unit should also be kept in a clean dry environment that is free of high humidity and heat, metal powder, corrosive gas, vibrations, direct sunlight, dust, and dripping water.
