The UVZ3022 is a Reliance Electric VZ3000 Series Inverter Unit. It may have also been mass-produced by ABB or Baldor Reliance at one point but is now discontinued by all of the manufacturers. The UVZ3022 is 3-phase, is 22 kW, and has a power supply voltage of 200/400 V. It is UL/IEC/C-UL listed and is in a chassis style enclosure. It is a separate-type unit.
There is a front cover that protects part of the faceplate of the UVZ3022. It can be removed to gain access to the elements underneath it by unscrewing two retaining screws on the cover. The cover is protecting two sets of terminals. The first terminal strip is the main circuit terminals. There are six terminals on this strip that are labeled 147 (P), 145 (N), 601 (U), 602 (V), 603 (W), and G (E). The second set of terminals also have 6 terminals on the strip. These are labeled IP, RDY, 0 VC, + VC, FR 2, and FR 1. There is also a power lamp indicator just above the main circuit terminals.
To the right of the front cover on the UVZ3022 are additional components. There are 5 display lamps that are labeled P/S, RDY, RST, RUN, and COM. There is an LED 7-segment monitor display and a drop number dial. There are 3 communications ports, a PG input port, a control signal port, and a PG output port.
