About the UVZC-3007
The UVZC-3007 is a 7.5 kW 3-Phase Unitized Inverter Unit produced under Reliance Electric for their VZ3000 product line.
The UVZC-3007 has an input that is 200/220/230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 22 amps with an output of 0-230 VAC, 22 amps, and 0-120 Hz @ 200 V. It also has an input of 380/400/440/460 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 22 amps with an output of 0-460 VAC, 0-120 Hz, and 22 amps @ 400V. This unit has a built-in resistor capacity of 440 watts. The recommended motor for this unit is the VWGF400715 and it uses a 30 amp fuse.
The UVZC-3007 is enclosed in a chassis-type frame. It is normally installed into a control cabinet system that is not exposed to direct sunlight, airborne contaminants like dust, metal powders, and oil mist, dangerous gas that is flammable or corrosive, water or condensation. There are air circulation vents on the sides of this module. It weighs right around 11 kg. and is 430 mm tall, 145 mm wide, 303 mm thick.
The faceplate on the UVZC-3007 is partially protected by a front cover. The front cover shields three different terminal strips: the control circuit terminal strip, the overheat fault output terminal, and the main terminal strip. The terminals use M3.5 and M4 terminal screws. Directly to the right of the front cover on the faceplate are two drop number dials, display lamps, a seven-segment LED monitor indicator, a PG output port, a PG input port, a control signal port, and 3 communications ports that are labeled Comm1, Comm 2, and Comm 3.
