The UVZC-3203 is a 3.7 kW 3-Phase VZ3000 Inverter Unit made by Reliance Electric.
The UVZC-3203 uses a class 200 volt power supply. It has a 14 amp 50/60 Hz 180-260 VAC input with a 14 amp 0-230 VAC 0-120 Hz output. It has the ability to maintain a 150% overload for 1 minute. The suggested motor for this unit is VMGW200215. It uses SF-LK002BB basic software and has a communications baud rate of 9600. This unit does have standard protection features that include but is not limited to motor/unit overheat protection, over/low voltage protection, control power supply failure protection, communication link failure protection, and over current protection.
The UVZC-3203 is protected by a chassis-type enclosure. It is 270 mm thick x 392 mm tall x 120 mm wide and weighs around 7.0 kg. It has a built-in DC brushless fan that helps to force air to the internal unit components. There are also air vents on the unit that help with this function. This inverter should be installed into a control cabinet that is in an indoor location. It should be kept in an environment that is free of airborne contaminants (dust or metal powder), hazardous gas (flammable or corrosive), direct sunlight, oil mist, and condensation/water.
The UVZC-3203 has a front cover that is protecting three terminal strips and a power lamp indicator. To the side of the front cover are five display lamps, a 7-segment LED monitor, two PG input/output ports, three communication ports, and a drop number.
