About the UVZC3202
The UVZC3202 is a VZ3000 Inverter Unit AC Servo Drive created by Reliance Electric.
The UVZC3202 at 200 V has an input of 180-260 VAC, 50/60 Hz, and 14 amps. It has an output of 0-230 VAC, 0-120 Hz, and 14 amps. At 400 V this drive has an input of 340/510 VAC and 50/60 Hz. It has an output of 0-460 VAC and 0-120 Hz. It also has a 5 kA short circuit system rating. It is protected by a chassis type enclosure and is 120 mm wide, 430 mm tall, 270 mm thick, and 7 kg.
On the UVZC3202, there is a front cover that can be removed to give the user access to the components underneath it. To remove the cover, simply unscrew the two screws of the top and bottom left side on the cover. Below the cover are several different components. There is a power lamp in the top left corner which will glow when power is going to the drive. Below that is the main terminal strip with 11 terminal screws. Below that is a control circuit terminal strip that has 6 terminals. Below that is a small terminal strip that is an overheat fault output terminal that has a built-in resistor. On the right side of the drive faceplate, there are 5 display lamps that are labeled P/S, RDY, Run, COM, and Monitor. Below that is a RST lamp and two drop number dials. There are three communications connectors labeled Comm 1, Comm 2, and Comm 3. There is a CN2 control signal port, a CN9 PG output port, and a CN1 PG input port that is just below the communication ports.
