About the 3020-CM-2250
The 3020-CM-2250 is a PowerLogic circuit monitor from SquareD (Schneider Electric.) The 3020-CM-2250 is designed to replace an array of relays, meters, transducers and other components. The module comes standard with RS-485 communications, which allows for easy integration into almost all power monitoring or control systems.
The 3020-CM-2250 comes standard with a variety of features, including:
-
Waveform capture capabilities--both 64 and 128 point capture
-
Six-digit LED screen
-
0.2% accuracy
-
Onboard data and event logging
-
Alarm/relay functions (setpoint-controlled)
-
Downloadable firmware
The 3020-CM-2250 will store up to 51,200 values when all the module's logging memory is dedicated to data logging. Below is a list of values stored in the 3020-CM-2250's maintenance logs, which cannot be reset, and which are cumulative:
-
Number of Demand resets
-
Number of Energy resets
-
Number of Max/Min resets
-
Number of Output operations
-
Number of Power Losses
-
Number of Firmware Downloads
-
Number of Optical Comms Sessions
-
Highest Temperature Monitored
-
Lowest Temperature Monitored
As noted before, the 3020-CM-2250 is equipped with 4-cycle waveform capture. This feature can be used manually, using software, from a personal computer. Alternately, the user can set up alarm conditions within the circuit monitor to allow for automatic capture. It is worth noting the 3020-CM-2250 can only capture and store one waveform at any time. Each new waveform capture, whether manual or automatic, will replace the last waveform data. The captured waveform does not affect event or data log storage space, which is stored separately.
The 3020-CM-2250 is rated for 100VAC/20VA-264VAC /27VA 50/60Hz 100VDC-300VDC /.12A.
