About the 3020-CM-2450
The Powerlogic 3020-CM-2450 is a multifunction, digitally instrumented circuit monitor from SquareD/Schneider Electric designed for data acquisition and control. It is easily integrated into most control and power systems due to standard RS-485 communications. The 3020-CM-2450 allows for viewing of over 50 metered values on its six-digit LED display. The 3020-CM-2450 has expandable memory. Other capabilities can be expanded with add-on modules that mount to the back of the 3020-CM-2450.
The 3020-CM-2450 is programmable for custom applications. It is accurate on volt and current to 0.2% deviation. The six-digit LED display allows for on-site readings of real-time readings such as current, voltage, frequency, temperature, and K-factor (per phase.) It also allows for onsite reading of Real and reactive accumulated energy, as well as demand current and demand voltage. The communications port allows for readings of several other variables.
The 3020-CM-2450 can be used to identify voltage interruptions, swells, or sags. It can also compare the published standards of equipment to actual sensitivity and compare the sensitivity of different brands. The 3020-CM-2450 can use actual data to develop solutions to voltage sensitivity issues and distinguish between interruptions and sags--with time and date of occurrence.
