Product Description

The 3020-CM4000 is a Circuit Monitor in the PowerLogic line manufactured by Square D (Schneider Electric.) The 3020-CM4000 is designed to integrate easily into existing or new control systems or power monitoring due to the module's embedded web server and its optional Ethernet connections, which allow for 10/100 Mbit copper link or a 100 Mbits/fiber-optic link. The optional Ethernet card also includes a server for six HTML pages that can be accessed by a standard web browser.

Standard features of the 3020-CM4000 include:

• Alarm notification via email. Instant notification of high priority alarms can be sent directly to the user.

• Electrical quality checking is in compliance with EN 50160

• Detection of major waveform changes not usually detected by threshold-based alarms

• Shift energy summary gives indications of energy shifts up to three times a day

• Power quality summary allows for a synopsis of all power quality characteristics in one index

• Adaptive waveform capture allows for the capture of long-term events

• Standard RS-485/RS-232 Modbus RTU communications rated at 38.4 K baud.

• Sag/swell disturbance monitoring

• Waveform capture has up to 512 samples per cycle

• Data and event logging

• Standard solid-state KYZ Output (96mA max)

The 3020-CM4000 can handle up to 25 inputs/outputs (with the addition of optional I/O cards.) The module has true RMS metering to the 127th harmonic and offers 0.1% accuracy. No PTs needed up to 600V. The 3020-CM4000 has neutral to ground voltage metering. ANSI C12.20 Revenue Accuracy 0.2S for energy. The module is CE Marked, UL Listed, NOM Approved and FCC compliant.
