About the 3020-PM-650
The Powerlogic 3020-PM-650 is a Power Meter by Square D (Schneider Electric) for basic industrial monitoring applications. The 3020-PM-650 is easily retrofitted into industrial settings and can be used for Motor Control Centers (MCCs) and busway. The 3020-PM-650 applications include equipment such as switchboards, panelboards, and LVDO (Low Voltage Drawout) feeders.

The 3020-PM-650 also supports onboard alarms, data and event logs, and PC-based logging and alarming. The 3020-PM-650 may be set up to communicate using POWERLOGIC, Modbus, or Jbus. Up to 32 PowerLogic compatible devices can be daisy-chained to a communications port. Up to 32 power meters can be daisy chained to a single communications port using 4-wire Modbus. Up to 32 power meters can also be daisy-chained using 4-wire Jbus. Length of communications link cannot exceed 10,000 feet. Maximum distance may be shorter depending on baud rate.
The 3020-PM-650 is designed with a solid-state KYZ output. This can be wired as an alarm contact with a 14 to 18 AWG wire. The 3020-PM-650 is CE marked, CSA Certified, and UL Listed. ANSI C12.16 accuracy.
