About the CM-150
The CM-150 is a Circuit Monitor in the PowerLogic line manufactured by Square D. The CM-150 is designed with full instrumentation, on-board RS-485 (RS-422 compatible) communications, and a 6-digit LED display. The CM-150 can be used for local monitoring, for data- and event-logging, for load-shedding and sequencing, and for power factor correction.
Standard features of the CM-150 include:
-
On-board Calendar and clock
-
User configurable
-
Non-volatile memory
-
Accepts standard CT and PT inputs (5A and 120Vac)
-
Full 3-element instrumentation
-
Easy local setup from the faceplate
-
6-digit LED display for local display of data up to 24 values
-
Sy/Max compatibility
The CM-150 can give instantaneous values on 20 values, including temperature, frequency, voltage, current, power factor, real power, and real and apparent power. For each instantaneous value, there is a running minimum and maximum value stored in the non-volatile memory of the module. The CM-150 is also capable of demand readings of average demand current, peak demand current, average demand real power, predicted demand real power, and peak demand real power. Demand readings are calculated over a user-defined interval of 5-60 minutes with a sub-interval of 15 seconds.
The CM-150 is normally mounted semi-flush through a breaker cell door or panel. The unit can be mounted using other methods in places where space is limited. The CM-150 has no ventilation openings but instead is cooled by convection.
UL Listed. 120 VAC. 0.5. Amp 50/60 Hz. Up to 16 modules can be daisy-chained together. Baud rate of each unit must match and the IP address for each device must be unique if the user chooses this configuration.
