About the 3090-VPM-277-C1
The 3090-VPM-277-C1 module was created and manufactured by Square D to be part of the PowerLogic 3090. The 3090-VPM-277-C1 is a voltage/power module that is used for direct connection to 480Y/277V circuit monitors. The 3090-VPM-277-C1 has been discontinued by Square D. Despite that, AX Control may have the 3090-VPM-277-C1 module in stock in either refurbished condition or new from surplus stock.
To ensure that it is out of the way of the user’s interaction with the circuit monitor, the 3090-VPM-277-C1 is meant to be installed directly onto the back of the circuit monitor. The module has four holes where it can be attached directly to the back of the circuit monitor. There is a label on the bottom of the 3090-VPM-277-C1 module, which warns the user that the module should only be used indoors and is only applicable with a Type 1 Enclosure.
The 3090-VPM-277-C1 module provides both control power and effectively eliminates the need for PTs. The label at the top of the device states that the Nominal Input of the device runs at “288 V ~ L-N 50/60 Hz 20 VA.” This label also says that the Control Power Output runs at “120 V ~ L-N 50/60 Hz.”
The circuit monitor that the 3090-VPM-277-C1 module attaches to is a large device with many different features. The top of the circuit monitor has an LCD display screen with two indicator lights next to it which are labeled as “Kilo” and “Mega.” Below that, there are sixteen indicator lights in a row, five indicator lights in a row to the right of that, and five indicator lights below that. There are also four buttons: an up arrow, a down arrow, a “PHASE” button (also known as an enter button), and a “MODE” button.
