The 8020-SMM-720 module is a Model 700, 64K Bubble Memory processor module. The 8020-SMM-720 module is part of the SY/MAX 8020 series of products that was developed by Square D. The 8020-SMM-720 module became obsolete as of January 1994. The 8020-SMM-720 module is a thin, rectangular black device with a white-colored faceplate. Near the top of the module lies three LED status indicator lights. The first indicator light is labeled as “POWER,” the second indicator light is labeled as “MEMORY,” and the third and last indicator light is labeled as “WRITE PROTECT.” Below that, there are four small ports. The first of these ports is labeled as “PROGRAMMER CHNL 1,” the second of these ports is labeled as “COMM CHNL 2,” the third of these ports is labeled as “COMM CHNL 3,” and the fourth and last of these ports is labeled as “COMM CHNL 4.”
