About the 8030-EQ5138-G1
The 8030-EQ5138-G1 is one of two Parallel digital interface modules available for the 8030 Sy/Max system. This module functions as a Parallel digital driver interface, and typically works in conjunction with the 8030-EQ5138-g2 module (Parallell Digital Receiver Interface.)
The 8030-EQ5138-G1 is used to connect a processor rack to two nearby digital racks. It cannot be used with remote racks. The module allows communication between these modules. Parallel communication between these two modules allows inputs and outputs to be more quickly updated.
The 8030-EQ5138-G1 mounts into a register slot in the same rack as a Sy/Max processor unit. It connects to the corresponding digital receiver using ribbon cables.
The 8030-EQ5138-G1 weighs approximately 2.55 pounds before the addition of the shipping materials we add to keep your purchase safe. This unit has been discontinued by the OEM but is typically in stock within the AX Control warehouse.
