The Type HOM-271 Reed Relay Output Module contains eight reed relay isolated outputs, each of which is capable of driving loads to support a manufacturing process. Each output has an LED associated with it on the front of the module that when lit, indicates that the output is receiving an ON signal from the processor.

The 8 outputs are grouped in pairs and each pair share a common terminal. Each pair is electronically isolated from the other pairs of outputs on the module.

The fuse type rated for the module is AGC 1-1/4, 1.25A, 250 V. Each of the 8 outputs is individually fused. Lower-rated fuses can be installed, depending on the output devices being controlled. Fuses are accessible through openings in the side of the module.

The voltage range is 2-120 VAC and 2-150 VDC. The maximum current is 1 A per output and 8 A per module. The minimum load current is 2mA AC or DC. The maximum power rating is 35 V AC and 15 Watt DC.

The ambient temperature rating is 0-60℃. The humidity rating is 0-95% non-condensing. The weight (unpackaged) is 1.8 lbs (0.83 kg).
