The 8030-HQM-521 module is part of the SY/MAX Class 8030 product family and is classified as an AC 8 Point Output Module.

The 8030-HQM-521 is equipped with eight optically isolated inputs that are used for receiving signals from input devices, such as the following: limit switches, push-buttons, selector switches, and solid state logic circuits. Each of the eight input signal devices has a red LED indicator light on the front of the module that lights up when receiving an “ON” signal from the input device to which it is connected (proper voltage must be applied at the wiring terminal). A marketing area is provided next to each of the LED indicator lights so that the user can utilize them for input identification.

The 8030-HQM-521 module weighs approximately 3.00 lbs and is rectangular in shape.
