The 8030-LOM112 module is part of the SY/MAX Class 8030 product family and is classified as a Backlit Display Module. The 8030-LOM112 module was manufactured by Square D. The obsolescence of the 8030-LOM112 module was announced in January of 1994.

The 8030-LOM112 module is a small, rectangular-shaped box with a glossy gray body and a black face. On the black face, there is a small white strip toward the bottom. Above the white strip is a four-colored square; the bottom left color is blue, the bottom right color is yellow, the top right color is green, and the top left color is red.
