The 8030-LRK-100 module is part of the SY/MAX Class 8030 product family and is classified as an Annunciator I/O Main Rack. The 8030-LRK-100 was manufactured by Square D. The obsolescence of the 8030-LRK-100 module was announced in January of 1994.

The 8030-LRK-100 module is a medium-sized, rectangular-shaped, hollow device with a black outer coating. On the front of the 8030-LRK-100 module, there are four square-shaped holes and above them sits a long white strip. The top of the device is mostly green with a white square situated in the middle.
