What is your turn around time for repairs?

AX Control's repair time differs greatly based on the type of product. Our standard repair turnaround time is 2-3 weeks but in many cases we can receive an item and have it shipped back out within 24 hours. We have guaranteed rush options available upon request. Please call or email for more details. 

Where is AX Control Inc. located?

AX Control is based out of Raleigh, North Carolina but has multiple warehouses throughout the United States. The primary office and warehouse address is 1317 Transport Drive, Raleigh NC 27603. 

Can you ship same day?

AX Control keeps a huge inventory on hand and can ship many orders same day. Call for more details!

What are AX Control's Hours of Operation?

AX Control operates 8AM-5PM Eastern Standard Time on all week days excluding major holidays. Often AX Control will have a sales person on call after hours as well for emergency customer orders. 

What countries does AX Control serve?

AX Control ships internationally to all countries that are not currently under US Embargo. Our shipping team is well equipped to handle international shipments and the necessary customs paperwork. 

Does AX Control grant Net 30 Terms?

Yes, we do. Generally speaking we will freely grant Net 30 to any domestic return customers or to any reputable domestic customers that provide credit references before approval. Similarly, AX Control will usually provide Net 30 terms to any reputable customer of our affiliate companies.

What kinds of payment does AX Control accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards for domestic customers. For international customers we require a wire transfer against a Proforma Invoice for the first transaction. We also accept cash for local pick ups.

Does my product from AX Control come with a warranty?

The majority of our products come with a 3-year AX Control warranty. However some AC/DC Drives and VFDs come with a 2-year AX Control warranty. The warranty period for all purchases will be indicated on your quotation and a warranty certificate will be provided upon request.
